Mr. Darby serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and International Instructor on Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) & The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) for the Federal Government, Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Technology Fast 50 & Inc. 500 corporations. Mr. Darby has served for 12+ years as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Omnisource Consulting, Inc. & Instructor for Sony, IRS. Mr. Darby previously served as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) & International Cybersecurity Lead for (DoD) and a (DoD) Appointed Information System Security Officer (ISSO) supporting the $4.3 billion-dollar transformation of the U.S. Military of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Formerly as an IT Consultant, Darby helped grow the $1.4 Billion Dollar IT Infrastructure contracts with the Department of Energy (DOE).
